Domain management and administration
On the whole, once registered and hosted domains are fairly self managing. Subject to a good payment history we will automatically renew your domains within the cost of the renewal fee.
Nearly all other domain related tasks can be achieved through our easy to use Domain Control Panel. We will send you a URL, username and password for this when you first become a customer with us.
However, we understand that not everyone is comfortable managing their domain settings. In this instance we will be happy to make any change you require, chargable at our usual maintenance rate of £50 per hour, billable in 15 minute block intervals.
